Cécilia is an Attorney at Law, member of the Paris Bar.
Cécilia Della Berta’s practice focuses mainly on private equity transactions and business transfers, and more broadly on corporate law. Before joining Peren Avocats, Cécilia worked for ten years in Gide’s M&A department, in Paris and Shanghai. She continued her career with Mobilis, the Mulliez family’s family office, and then with the legal department of Alstom Holdings, where she acquired a thorough understanding of the corporate world.
In 2016, Cécilia Della Berta joined Rivedroit Avocats, where she practiced as an M&A / Corporate associate until 2023.
Cécilia Della Berta mainly works alongside company founders and managers, but also on behalf of major groups, on domestic and cross-border transactions.
