Germain is an Attorney at Law, member of the Paris Bar. Germain is active in the area of corporate taxation, both in connection with day-to-day transactions and with restructuring projects (mergers, demergers, business transfers, etc.). In this capacity, Germain supports businesses as an advisor and during audit and litigation procedures.
Germain has also developed a tax practice related to private equity operations. Germain closely supports businesses in their contacts with tax authorities (granting of approvals, various regularisation procedures).
