Marie is an Attorney at Law, member of the Paris Bar. Marie is active in the area of employment law (individual and collective employment relationships), both as a counsel and as a litigator.
Marie offers her clients day-to-day support in relation to their legal and human resources issues. Marie also provides advice in relation to corporate transactions (acquisitions, mergers) or restructuring operations (collective dismissals on economic grounds and employment protection plans, etc.).
Marie has also acquired extensive know-how in social security law and supports her clients during social security audits and litigation procedures.
Marie has practiced within the labour law department of CMS Francis Lefebvre Avocats prior to co- founding PEREN Avocats.
