Pascal is an Attorney at Law, member of the Paris Bar. Pascal is active in mergers-acquisitions involving private companies for a diversified client base comprised of investment funds, industrial groups, CEOs and creators of innovative start-ups He has recognised experience in the field of Private Equity and in particular LBOs.
Pascal also supports his clients in their day-to-day corporate transactions and in any restructuring operations (mergers, demergers, business transfers) and other equity capital transactions.
Prior to co-founding PEREN Avocats in 2021, Pascal practiced within the Corporate & Securities teams of Veil Jourde and thereafter Mayer Brown, a firm in which he was made a Partner in 2014. In 2015, he joined the Systra Group as Legal Counsel in charge of mergers-acquisitions, and then founded his own firm at the end of 2017.
