Stéphane is an Attorney at Law, member of the Paris Bar. He advises businesses and their executive officers in a French and international context and defends them in case of audit and litigation.
Stéphane has recognised experience in the restructuring and transmission of family-owned groups. Stéphane also supports investment vehicles and management companies in their transactions.
Prior to co-founding PEREN Avocats in 2021, Stéphane was a partner in the tax practice group of CMS Francis Lefebvre Avocats.
Stéphane has co-authored books published by Editions Francis Lefebvre on “LBOs and Capital Transmission” and on the “Legal, Tax and Labour Aspects of LBOs”.
