Xavier is an Attorney at Law, member of the Paris Bar. He is active in the area of employment law (individual and collective employment relationships), both as a counsel and as a litigator.
In addition to advising on the day-to-day management of human resources (employment contracts, dismissal procedures, relations with employee representative bodies, international mobility, etc.), he deals in particular with issues relating to working time management, employee saving schemes, restructuring (redundancies) and acquisition and transfer operations (audits, handling of social statuses, etc.).
He is also involved in URSSAF audits and litigations in the field of occupational diseases.
Xavier has practiced in the employment law department of CMS Francis Lefebvre Avocats before joining Peren Avocats.
